*By accessing the gallery you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. CLIENT understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER owns the copyright to all images and reserves all rights to them. PHOTOGRAPHER has unlimited worldwide rights to the images, including full and exclusive commercial and reproduction rights.

2. PHOTOGRAPHER grants to CLIENT usage rights for the final images from each individuals/groups session. This includes posting of images on the CLIENT's website and social media outlets. CLIENT may not reproduce or sell the images in either digital or print form without the PHOTOGRAPHER’S written authorization. Other rights can be allowed if mutually agreed upon or if photo credit is given to Stephanie Memory Photography. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Stephanie Memory Photography’s written permission and violators of this will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

3. PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to use images created under this contract for social media marketing, advertising, promotional, display, publication or other purposes. The CLIENT agreeing to this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait(s) in this manner and shall indemnify and defend PHOTOGRAPHER in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Digital Negatives, RAW digital files, and previews remain the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHER.
